Closing Manager- Real Estate Sales

required from real estate agencies only. Must have sold plotting and residential projects. He Should be able to handle 2-3 sites in the same vicinity. The candidate will start with 1 site initially and slowly move to cover 2-3 sites . Good Communication skills is a must and passion for sales is a MUST .

Having an own vehicle is a part of the essential requirements and it is expected that the candidate resides in the radius of 10-15 km of the assigned project.

Daily Sales reports and attending to visiting customers in a professional way and closing them in a short span of time is a mandatory requirement .

The role demands fulfilment of sales target on a monthly basis and high performing persons who can earn high incentives would be given preference .
