Purple Spinach is a Mumbai-based creative and digital agency specializing in BFSI communications. The agency has over 14 years of experience working with leading financial brands such as ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential Life, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, and HDFC Life. They provide brand communication, investor communication, digital marketing, and campaign management services.

Role Summary:

The Client Servicing Executive will manage day-to-day client accounts, coordinate with internal creative and digital teams, and ensure timely project execution. The role also requires hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.

• Coordinate with creative, design, and digital teams for project execution.

• Track project timelines, approvals, revisions, and final delivery.

• Prepare status reports, WIP trackers, and client meeting notes.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPM, and conversions.

• Prepare client-facing performance reports.

• Ensure compliance with BFSI advertising and communication guidelines.

• Maintain proper documentation of approvals, feedback, and campaign assets.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 2-5 years of agency client servicing/account management experience.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience handling client communication independently.

• Knowledge of campaign reporting and performance metrics.

• Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
