We cater to a wide spectrum of events—weddings, private parties, corporate shows, college fests, and brand campaigns. Our platform receives 100+ organic booking leads daily, and we’re now looking for passionate professionals to help us take these leads to closure.

As a Sr. Associate / Client Relations Manager, your primary responsibility is to own the inbound leads funnel—from understanding client requirements to converting them into successful bookings. You’ll be the voice and face of StarClinch for our clients, ensuring a seamless and consultative experience.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of inbound booking inquiries coming through the website.

Engage with clients over phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand event requirements, artist preferences, budgets, and timelines.

Proactively follow up with clients and maintain a high-touch approach to close leads.

Pitch the most relevant artists based on client preferences and event brief.

Handle negotiations and guide the client through the booking and payment process.

Liaise with artist managers to check availability, pricing, and logistics.

Maintain CRM hygiene by regularly updating the lead status, notes, and conversion funnel.
