Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team
at Deal Hub.in.
The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, and explaining
financial products (Overdraft & Loans), and converting potential customers into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
Explain company loan and overdraft products clearly and convincingly.
Follow all calling protocols and compliance rules during customer interactions.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up schedules.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Convert leads into sales with effective communication and persuasion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call centre sales
(preferably in loans or banking).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and/or English.
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage preferred).
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
