Job Summary:
looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, corporate outreach, and relationship building with senior HR professionals across industries.
The role involves promoting Talent Systems’ Leadership Hiring and Executive Search services to corporates, identifying hiring opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling and corporate outreach to prospective corporate clients.
Connect with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, and senior HR professionals across industries.
Introduce and pitch Talent Systems’ Leadership Hiring and Executive Search services.
Generate qualified leads and business opportunities for the recruitment team.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers.
Maintain daily calling reports, lead trackers, and business development MIS.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams regarding client requirements.
Achieve monthly business development and lead generation targets.
Research companies and identify potential hiring opportunities.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong corporate calling and relationship-building abilities.
Confidence in speaking with senior professionals and CXO-level executives.
Good understanding of recruitment, leadership hiring, or staffing industry.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and email communication.

Eligibility:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
