Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives who can convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication, consultative selling and consistent follow-ups.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right business/compliance service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant Setindiabiz services.
Generate sales through lead conversion and follow-ups.
Make effective sales pitches and handle customer objections.
Follow up with interested and pending customers until closure.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide a professional customer experience.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain proper call dispositions and follow-up records.
Participate in training and continuously improve product and sales knowledge.
