We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Client Relationship Manager with 3 or more years of experience in client servicing or account management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage end-to-end client relationships.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
Handle escalations, address client concerns, and resolve issues with professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
Track account performance, prepare reports, and share strategic insights.
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups.
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress, and follow-up actions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
