About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Distributor Point Executive to manage daily distribution operations for our ice cream business in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will handle logistics, market coordination, client relations, and team management for smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Handling: Oversee daily loading, dispatch, and delivery of stock to retail outlets and sub-dealers; ensure timely and damage-free delivery.
Market Coordination: Visit market areas regularly, track stock movement, identify new outlets, and ensure product availability across the territory.
Outstanding/Payment Collection: Follow up with retailers and clients for pending payments; maintain accurate outstanding records and ensure timely recovery.
Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for retailers/clients — handle orders, resolve complaints, and build strong relationships to grow business.
Team/Loader Management: Recruit, train, and supervise loaders/helpers for daily loading-unloading work; manage their attendance and daily task allocation.
