Role & Responsibilities:
Convert inquiries into sales for immigration services
Counsel clients regarding immigration programs (Canada, Europe, Australia, UK, etc.)
Understand client profiles and recommend suitable visa options
Explain process, documentation, timelines, and fees clearly to clients
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Coordinate with documentation and processing teams after deal closure
Handle client objections professionally and close sales effectively
Ensure proper collection of fees and timely submission of documents
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support
Stay updated with immigration rules, policies, and market trends
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and compliance norms
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent relationship-building and client-handling abilities
Good understanding of immigration processes (Work Permit, Tourist Visa, Opportunity Card, PR, )
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
