Position: Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
Working Days: 6 Days
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
• Data abstraction & business generation
• Build & maintain strong relationships with existing & new clients
• Manage client retention & satisfaction
• Client coordination, onboarding & service explanation
• Schedule virtual and physical meetings with clients
• Handling customer queries & providing solutions
• Maintaining CRM database, reports & documentation
• Support sales team in execution & deal closures
• Creation of sales reports on Excel / Email Communication
Required Experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Service Based Company
• Basic knowledge of E-commerce services (Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho/eBay etc.)
• Experience in client servicing or account management preferred
Key Skills
