Key Responsibilities
• Handle student/parent enquiries and provide accurate program guidance.
• Convert leads into enrollments through counselling and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned targets and maintain conversion metrics.
• Manage CRM data, lead status, and communication records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.
• Build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate (any discipline).
• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in counselling, customer interaction, or sales is an advantage.
