We are looking for a Client Floor Attendant to join our team at at Bright Cars. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and greet them professionally upon arrival.
Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate service advisor.
Assist clients with basic information about Garware PPF, 3M PPF, ceramic coating, and car detailing services.
Coordinate customer vehicle entry, inspection, and handover.
Assist in documenting the vehicle's existing scratches, dents, and condition before work begins.
Keep customers updated about service progress by coordinating with the service advisor and technical team.
Ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable customer reception and waiting area.
Handle customer queries politely and escalate complaints to the concerned manager.
Ensure vehicles are handled carefully and follow company procedures during customer handover.
Help maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients.
Support daily floor operations and ensure a professional customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Polite, professional, punctual, and well-groomed personality.
Basic knowledge of automobiles and car detailing is preferred.
Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
Previous experience in a car showroom, automobile service center, or premium detailing studio is an advantage.
