Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling prospective client interactions, qualifying leads, and ensuring smooth coordination between potential clients and our legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with inbound and outbound leads in a professional and consultative manner
• Qualify prospects and assess service requirements
• Schedule consultations with legal experts
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up timelines
• Support the firm’s client acquisition strategy
Candidate Profile:
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Strong phone presence with professional etiquette
• Prior experience in lead management, tele-sales, client servicing, or legal support roles preferred
• Ability to understand and articulate legal/IPR and licensing services
