Job Summary

Prestige Recruiters (OPC) Private Limited is hiring a Channel Sales Executive – Software for Jamshedpur. The role focuses on generating new business, building strong dealer/channel networks, and closing software sales. If you have a commerce background, strong communication skills, and confidence in sales, this is a great opportunity to grow in the software sales domain. Tally knowledge is an added advantage / preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in Jamshedpur and nearby areas.

• Visit potential clients/channel partners and pitch software solutions confidently.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.

• Understand client needs and offer the right solution with customized sales pitches.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets and drive consistent revenue growth.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and share updates with the team.

• Maintain sales records, follow-ups, and prepare reports on performance & feedback.

Job Requirements

• Graduate with Commerce background (mandatory).

• 0–3 years experience (Freshers can apply if they are confident and target-driven).

• Strong negotiation, convincing, and closing skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with field sales.

• Tally software knowledge (preferred).

• Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, email, reporting).

Important Note

• This is a Full-time (Jamshedpur) role and may involve field visits/meeting clients.

• Salary will be finalized as per interview performance, skills, and experience.

• Candidates with software sales / B2B / channel sales experience will get preference.
