• Good understanding of business, entrepreneurship and commercial relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM, digital communication and basic presentation tools.
• Willingness to attend external meetings, networking events and business gatherings.
Role Flow
The Partner Acquisition Executive will primarily work on qualified opportunities.

The role is therefore focused more on relationship building and conversion than cold prospecting.
What This Role Is NOT
This is not a door-to-door sales position, mass field-sales role or conventional tele-sales profile.
The candidate will deal with selected business prospects and is expected to represent LegAn with the professionalism required when engaging with entrepreneurs, established businesses and potential Elite Partners.
The focus is on quality of engagement, relationship development and successful partner acquisition, rather than simply achieving a high volume of meetings.
Primary Performance Indicators
Performance will primarily be measured on:
• Qualified partner meetings conducted
• Meeting-to-opportunity conversion ratio
• Partner proposals presented
• Follow-up effectiveness
• LegAn Partners acquired
• LegAn Start-Up Partners acquired
• LegAn Elite Partners acquired
• Revenue generated through partner acquisition
• Average conversion cycle
• Quality of prospect engagement
• CRM discipline and reporting accuracy
• Professional representation of the LegAn brand
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mature, ambitious and highly professional business development person who can comfortably sit across the table from an entrepreneur, business owner or senior professional and conduct a meaningful business conversation.
The candidate should possess the confidence to represent the LegAn brand and vision, understand the prospect’s requirements, develop trust, present a high-value business opportunity and guide the prospect from the initial meeting through to successful partner onboarding.
We are looking for professionals who believe in relationship-led business development rather than aggressive selling and who have the drive to build a strong network of LegAn Partners across the market.
