📍 Location: Aurangabad
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday | 6 Days
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

🎯 YOUR ROLE

Be the face of our centre and the key point of connection between parents, teachers, and the school. You’ll manage admissions, counsel parents, coordinate academic activities, and ensure the centre runs smoothly.

🚀 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• 👨‍👩‍👧 Counsel parents and convert enquiries into admissions

• 📝 Manage the complete admission process from enquiry to enrollment

• 👩‍🏫 Coordinate with teachers for academic activities

• 💬 Build strong parent-teacher communication

• 📊 Track enquiry trends and identify opportunities to improve admissions

• 🎓 Conduct parent orientations and school awareness activities

• 📚 Stay updated on academics, Montessori tools & teaching aids

• 🏫 Support smooth day-to-day centre governance

• 📈 Maintain admission records, reports & MIS
