About Us Reishi Healing Centre & Naturalcare is a fast-growing wellness centre in Pune offering massage therapies, energy healing (Reiki, Sound Healing, Access Bars), and naturopathic treatments. We're looking for a driven, all-rounder Centre Manager who can take charge of the centre's day-to-day growth and running — a rare chance to build and run a real business end-to-end, not just execute tasks.

Profile

• Daily client calling and lead follow-up via WhatsApp

• Convert ad enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Run re-engagement campaigns for lapsed clients

• Manage daily social media posting using AI tools

• Handle Google/Instagram reviews and online reputation

• Maintain inventory and daily reporting sheets

• Oversee order fulfilment and centre cleanliness

• Manage therapist scheduling

Who We Need

• Graduate in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)

• Fluent in Hindi and English

• Proficient in Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic social media tools

• Energetic, organised, and target-driven — comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks

Compensation & Growth

• Fixed: ₹10,000–15,000/month

• Incentive: 5% of all revenue above ₹4,00,000/month — no ceiling

• Perks: Discount on wellness sessions at the centre

• Working days: 6 days/week

• Timing: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
