Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational activities of the clinic
Coordinate between doctors, embryologists, nurses, and front office
Ensure smooth patient journey and workflow
Monitor operational performance and reporting
Maintain inventory of medicines and consumables
Ensure equipment maintenance and service schedules
Implement SOPs and quality standards
Handle billing coordination and operational audits
Ensure compliance with NABH/healthcare standards

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Operations, or related field
2–5 years experience in healthcare operations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication and team coordination abilities
Experience in IVF or hospital setup is an advantage
