Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to assess individuals' skills, interests, and career aspirations.

• Guide candidates in choosing the right educational courses, career paths, and skill development programs.

• Provide information about job opportunities, industry trends, and market requirements.

• Assist in creating professional resumes, cover letters, and preparing for interviews.

• Organize career workshops, seminars, and webinars for groups or institutions.

• Maintain accurate records of clients and prepare progress reports.

• Collaborate with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and companies to provide placement opportunities.

• Stay updated on new career development tools, resources, and market trends.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in career counseling, HR, or a related field.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
