We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our communication and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and align client needs with our services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and growth KPIs.
Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas.
Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT/Telecom/Software/SaaS industries).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales pipelines, and lead management.
Target-driven, solution-oriented, and self-motivated.
Experience in B2B solutions, SaaS, or IT services.
Established network of contacts in relevant industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
