Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Car Sales Executives to join our sales team. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Experience Required:

• Freshers with a strong sales attitude are welcome to apply

• Prior experience in automobile or car sales will be preferred
  

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi

• Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills

• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities

• Basic knowledge of car models, features, and variants

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models.

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and offers clearly.

• Arrange and conduct test drives to support customer decision-making.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.

• Close sales deals and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth delivery.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.

• Maintain showroom display standards and brand image.

• Ensure a positive customer experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up.
