Sales Executive (Calling Profile) – Automation & IT Sales

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive (Calling Profile) to join our team at Telecon Systems Ltd. The role involves calling prospective clients, promoting Automation and IT solutions, and supporting business growth through effective communication. The position offers a fixed in-hand salary with performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients for Automation and IT services
Handle client queries and explain products/services clearly
Generate leads and close sales through regular follow-ups
Maintain client records and daily call reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Achieve monthly sales targets

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (any stream)
Experience: Fresher and 01 year in calling / tele-sales / Automation or IT sales
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Target-driven and customer-focused attitude
Ability to handle sales pressure and close deals
