About the Role

Iridium Infotech is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Promoter with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, client-handling, lead-generation, and business development skills, along with a proven ability to generate and convert real estate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market real estate projects to prospective customers.

• Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Arrange and coordinate property/site visits.

• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.

• Develop new client networks and business opportunities.

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

• Handle negotiations and assist clients throughout the sales process.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and customer preferences.

• Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve company objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate industry.

• Proven track record in real estate sales, business development, or property promotion.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Good knowledge of the Delhi/NCR real estate market.

• Strong client relationship management skills.

• Ability to generate leads independently through networking and referrals.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
