🚌 Job Role: Bus Captain – IntrCity

IntrCity operates a fleet of long-distance buses across India. Each bus is assigned an onboard supervisor known as the Bus Captain, responsible for ensuring a comfortable and safe travel experience for all passengers.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with any queries or concerns during the journey

Guide passengers to their designated seats

Distribute water bottles as needed

Ensure smooth and timely pick-up and drop-off at respective stops

The Bus Captain plays a vital role in maintaining a pleasant, efficient, and customer-friendly environment throughout the trip.

🚍 Types of Bus Routes:

1. Short Route

Departure after 6:00 PM (timing may vary based on route and schedule)

Return to the departure city by early morning

Dinner provided once during the journey by the company

2. Long Route

Journey spans two nights

Example: Depart in the evening → arrive at another city next morning → rest during the day (company provides room for stay, food, and incentives) → return journey begins that evening → arrive back in home city next morning

The day following your return will be considered a leave/off day (no duty that evening)

🌃 Night Shift Timings

Shift timings vary depending on the route and traffic conditions.

Salary : 15000 - 20000 (Based on your total working experience and last drawn salary in your previous organization) + Incentives (Based on your performance)
