This role involves handling sales lead tracking, procurement coordination, reporting, basic accounting, and social media updates. The candidate will play a key role in organizing and supporting business operations as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and track sales leads and customer database
• Prepare daily and weekly business reports using Excel
• Coordinate procurement of materials and vendor communication
• Maintain basic accounting records (expenses, invoices, payments)
• Assist in social media updates and marketing support
• Organize documents, reports, and office communication
• Provide daily operational updates to the founder
Requirements
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of accounts and office administration
• Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Facebook
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a startup environment
