KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Call and connect with leads, screen and qualify them as per company requirement
Maintain accurate and updated MIS/trackers on a daily basis (lead status, source, TAT, conversion)
Schedule meetings/interviews and ensure timely follow-up with candidates/clients till closure
Represent the company's business profile clearly during calls - explain services, process, and value proposition
Handle cold calling for lead generation and business outreach
Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and status updates
Multitask effectively across calling, coordination, and reporting activities
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for management review

SKILLS REQUIRED

Good communication skills (Hindi + English) l Proficiency in MS Excel for MIS / reporting
2-3 years' experience in telecalling, coordination, or business development preferred
Strong follow-up discipline and multitasking ability l Comfortable handling high call volumes

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree (any stream)
