We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development professional with a strong background in Investment Banking and Banking sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored investment banking solutions.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutional investors, and HNIs.
Generate new business leads in investment banking services including equity placement, debt syndication, M&A advisory, and structured finance.
Understand client needs and propose suitable investment banking solutions.
Work closely with internal teams (research, advisory, operations) to deliver seamless client service.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of financial markets, banking regulations, and investment banking products.
Prepare and deliver effective client presentations, proposals, and pitch books.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify business opportunities.
Build long-term trust with clients through consultative selling and relationship management.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (3–7 years) in investment banking sales, business development, or relationship management.
Strong background in banking & financial services sector.
Excellent understanding of investment banking products: IPOs, debt raising, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
