Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who can drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role requires a mix of sales capability, structured thinking, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach

• Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients (B2B)

• Understand client requirements and position relevant training solutions

• Drive the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of client requirements

• Track pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion progress

Key Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

• Exposure to B2B sales (services preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency in outreach

• Structured approach to problem-solving and client conversations

• Self-driven with a high sense of ownership

Good to Have

• Experience in training, consulting, or service-based selling

• Exposure to HR / L&D stakeholders

• Familiarity with basic excel
