Insurance Sales – Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through calls, references, social media, and personal networking.

Policy Sales: Sell life insurance, health insurance, term insurance, and other insurance products according to the company's offerings.
Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Achieving Targets: Meet monthly sales targets set by the company.
Follow-ups: Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
Documentation: Collect and verify customer documents, including KYC documents, as per company guidelines.
Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide support when needed.
Policy Renewal: Follow up with existing customers regarding policy renewals and continued coverage.
Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, customer details, and lead status.
Compliance: Explain policy terms, premiums, exclusions, and benefits honestly and follow insurance regulations.
