💼 Key Responsibilities
Develop new dealers and distributors in assigned districts/blocks
Maintain relationship with existing dealers and ensure consistent sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor cylinder movement
Conduct market visits, competitor analysis and business reports
Plan and implement promotional activities to increase brand visibility
Work closely with the management to prepare business growth strategies
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing (Gas, FMCG, Lubricants, Petroleum or similar industry preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Field sales experience is mandatory
Ability to work independently and travel extensively
Basic knowledge of Excel & reporting
