Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects
Meet prospective clients, understand their design requirements, and propose suitable interior solutions
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations
Present interior concepts, materials, and project plans confidently to clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners
Handle client negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure smooth handover to execution teams
Track leads, follow up regularly, and maintain CRM records
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
1–5 years of experience in interior design sales / real estate / project-based sales
Strong understanding of interior materials, layouts, turnkey projects, and pricing
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to read drawings and understand design concepts (basic level)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Sales Experience in Interiors- 100% Knowledge , Design Knowledge- 50%
