Job Description – Business Development Officer (Direct Channel)

Position: Business Development Officer (Direct Channel)
Company: IndiaFirst Life Insurance
Location: Lucknow
CTC: Up to ₹4.25 LPA + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

Generate life insurance business through the Direct Channel.
Identify and acquire new customers through field sales activities.
Explain insurance products and provide suitable financial solutions to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer service and policy persistency.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, Finance, NBFC, Telecom, or FMCG sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate.
