Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential school clients, scheduling appointments, and successfully closing deals to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities – Business Development Associate

 Travel to assigned schools and educational institutions to distribute posters and promotional materials for our products and services.

 Schedule appointments and secure demonstrations with key school decision-makers to present our offerings.

 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school administrators, coordinators, teachers, and other stakeholders.

 Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

 Achieve assigned sales targets within the defined timelines.

 Follow up on leads consistently and maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline.

 Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to customize sales strategies and presentation materials based on client needs.

 Share valuable feedback and market insights with the internal team to support product and service improvements.

 Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

 Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strengthen business opportunities.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

 Fresher’s who have keen interest in the field are most welcome.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Willingness to travel to meet with potential clients.

 Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
