Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and business partners.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Present and promote Retail Shakti's products and services to potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market surveys to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.
Qualification-
12th/Graduation
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Field Sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in retail, FMCG, or B2B sales.
Knowledge of the local market and retail ecosystem.
