The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out via calls, emails, and social media platforms like LinkedIn, and converting leads into business opportunities.
The role involves daily lead generation, cold messaging, follow-ups, and client interaction. The candidate should be comfortable using LinkedIn for networking, sending connection requests, and generating business through online platforms. Knowledge of basic Excel and handling client data is required.
Candidates with experience in LinkedIn lead generation, social media outreach, and digital communication will be preferred. The individual should have strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English, along with a confident and persuasive personality.
The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly lead generation and sales targets. This role offers a fixed salary along with attractive performance-based incentives with no upper limit, providing excellent earning potential and career growth.
