About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell electric scooter chargers to dealers, distributors, retailers, EV businesses and other customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

• Explain product features, pricing and benefits of EV scooter chargers.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers.

• Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.

• Maintain daily calling, lead and sales reports.

• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing.

• Identify new dealers, retailers and business customers.

• Handle basic customer queries and provide after-sales coordination.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred.

• Comfortable making 60–100+ calls per day.

• Sales/telesales experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
Additional: Performance-based sales incentives
