Role Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving business expansion by identifying potential clients, promoting investment projects, and strengthening market presence. The role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of real estate trends, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and manage clients interested in real estate investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and channel partners.
Present property investment options and project portfolios effectively to clients.
Conduct market research to identify profitable opportunities and trends.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Organize and conduct site visits, property tours, and investor meetings.
Maintain an active lead pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth client onboarding and transaction process.
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and promotional strategies.
Represent the company at real estate expos, seminars, and networking events.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good understanding of real estate laws, valuations, and investment structures.
Ability to manage client relationships effectively and professionally.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and well-organized.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
Existing network of brokers, developers, or channel partners.
Experience in commercial real estate, luxury residential, or investment properties.
