This is a 360-degree BDM role that provides exposure across the entire sales cycle - from Prospecting, B2B Partnerships, Marketing & Activations, and Inside Sales (B2C).

Key Responsibilities:
Research + size opportunities in new markets, trends, customers, products, and services.
Build, pitch, and close new deal-making activity, and strike strategic partnerships to support the company's growth and product expansion.
Craft a partnership strategy to build brand awareness.
Identifying high-impact strategic opportunities for driving non-linear growth.
Building up a roadmap to pursue partnerships and drive execution from sourcing, legal signing, operationalisation, scale-up, and expansion.
Build strong, meaningful client connections with B2B organizations.
Liaise with other departments to ensure rollouts and scale up.
Develop the business sales and growth strategy.
Requirements :

Task ownership: Takes initiative to seek new business and meets targets and and is self-motivated.
Verbal/written communication: Can use multiple channels of communication to build rapport via phone, virtual, or in-person, and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates. Also creates and maintains reports.
Interpersonal skills: For building and developing relationships with clients. Can communicate with a range of people, both internally and externally.
Data management: Including the use of spreadsheets, documenting, and staying on top of follow-ups.
Team player: Knows the balance between coordination and cooperation/a collaborative approach to work.
Strong bias for action: Is solution-focused and makes quick decisions.
Goal setting: Outcome-driven thinking, which is organized and strategic.
Business analysis: The ability to analyze sales figures and write reports
Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission seeking:
· to accomplish set goals and objectives
· Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database
· Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests. Email & WhatsApp conversations with potential leads
· Make potential leads understand our courses.
· Convert potential leads into customers. Learning & using our customer relations management software & others.
· Related computer softwires
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Laptop in mandatory
· Willing to work in a startup environment
· Willing to work 6 days a week
3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or growth roles; internships or early-stage startup experience welcome.
Strong communication and presentation skills; comfort speaking with parents, educators, healthcare professionals, and corporate stakeholders.
