Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and closing deals in the digital marketing/IT services space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new client accounts for digital marketing, app development & website development services

• Identify and pitch to prospective clients through cold calling, networking and market research

• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships

• Be accountable for achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

• Prepare and present business proposals/pitches to clients

• Negotiate contracts and close deals independently, end-to-end

• Coordinate with internal design/dev/marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

• Track market trends and competitor activities in the digital marketing/tech space

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Business, Marketing preferred)

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in business development/sales (must be experienced, freshers not preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel

• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable with cold calling

• Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Should be willing to work full-time from office
