Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 2–5 years of experience in the real estate industry to drive business growth, generate sales opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, builders, and property owners. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with a strong understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, property owners, and business partners.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Negotiate deals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful closures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and business development targets.
Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills
