About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and communication-skilled Business Development Manager to help expand the network of Thrive Skill Tech by connecting with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, training centers, and educational organizations.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential institutes, conducting outbound communication, building professional relationships, and creating partnership opportunities for student enrollments and training collaborations.
This role is best suited for candidates interested in sales, partnerships, business development, and the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify schools, colleges, of coaching classes, and educational institutes for collaboration opportunities
Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, emails, and meetings with institutes
Present company programs, courses, and partnership opportunities professionally
Build and maintain long-term relationships with institute representatives
Coordinate tie-ups, student enrollment partnerships, and promotional activities
Maintain records of leads, calls, meetings, and partnership status
Support growth initiatives and business expansion activities
Eligibility Criteria
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of sales and business development
Comfortable with outbound calling and professional interactions
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Freshers and students are welcome to apply
Prior experience in sales/business development is a plus but not mandatory
Compensation Structure
Internship Period (First 2 Months)
Unpaid Internship
Practical training and real business exposure will be provided
Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation may be provided based on performance
After Successful Completion of Internship
Candidate will move to a Commission-Based Business Development Role
Incentive Structure:
10% commission on student fees successfully generated through the candidate’s institute tie-ups and referrals
No fixed salary during the commission phase unless revised by company management in future
