Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented professional who can drive NGO partnerships, establish SHG collaborations, and support the planning and execution of rural health camps and community outreach programs. The role requires strong on-ground execution capabilities along with relationship-building and marketing skills in the social sector. Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and onboard NGOs, SHGs, and community-based organizations for strategic partnerships
• Build and manage long-term NGO and SHG tie-ups to support outreach and marketing initiatives
• Understand SHG group workflows and support effective execution at the grassroots level
• Plan, coordinate, and execute rural health camps, awareness programs, and community engagement activities
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, NGOs, SHG leaders, healthcare professionals, and field staff
• Support marketing and outreach activities through partnerships, events, and community programs
• Track, document, and report field activities, partnerships, and outcomes
• Ensure timely execution of projects in rural and semi-urban locations Required Qualifications & Skills
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Health, Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of SHG structures, workflows, and grassroots execution
• Experience in organizing rural health camps or community-based programs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
• Prior experience working with NGOs, SHGs, CSR projects, or rural health initiatives
