Business Development Manager (BDM)

Stambha Consultant is a growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy firm delivering specialized services in structural engineering, infrastructure planning, BIM solutions, rehabilitation engineering, and technical due diligence. We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive business growth across private, corporate, institutional, and government sectors.

• Immovable Property Valuation Services

• BIM (Building Information Modeling) Services

• DPR Preparation for Government & Infrastructure Projects

• Proof Checking, Peer Review & Third-Party Structural Verification

• Project Management & Technical Advisory Services

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across real estate, industrial, infrastructure, hospitality, institutional, and government sectors.

• Generate leads and secure consultancy assignments from developers, architects, contractors, industries, government departments, and public sector organizations.

• Manage client relationships and prepare technical-commercial proposals.

• Track government tenders, consultancy RFPs, and empanelment opportunities.

• Coordinate with technical teams for proposal preparation and project submissions.

• Develop strategic partnerships with architects, project management consultants, EPC contractors, and developers.

• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the firm's long-term growth strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Architecture, Management, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or client acquisition for engineering, infrastructure, construction, architecture, or consultancy sectors.

• Strong network within real estate, infrastructure, industrial, or government sectors will be preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Experience in handling consultancy proposals, tenders, and corporate client interactions is desirable.
