We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead business growth in the solar industry. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify and acquire new B2B clients across industrial, commercial, institutional, and corporate sectors in Pan India.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, channel partners, architects, consultants, and builders.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, referrals, and market research.
Conduct client presentations, site visits, and solution demonstrations to promote solar energy solutions.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close high-value business deals.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance updates for management.
Requirements:
4–8 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales (Solar, EPC, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Industrial, or related sectors preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key client accounts.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel across Pan India.
Valid driving license is preferred.
