Job Description
BUILDTRIX is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in the Interior Design industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in generating business, handling clients, and converting interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through calls, references, networking and market research.
Identify and connect with potential clients for interior design projects.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to propose suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate with clients to close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders and other industry professionals.
Manage leads and follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
Achieve business development and revenue goals.
Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Development/Sales in the Interior Design industry.
Strong knowledge and understanding of interior designing and execution.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into projects.
Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and confident.
