Job Overview:
Quartier Studio is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base in the interior design and architecture sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and online platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and vendors
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team for project discussions
Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations with potential clients
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful projects
Maintain a database of clients and track sales activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
06 months–1years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in interior design, real estate, or architecture industry)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Presentable personality with client-handling ability
Basic knowledge of interior design services will be an added advantage
Must be proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated
