About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager – Revenue (O-HI) to lead revenue growth initiatives in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales strategy, revenue management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Drive revenue growth across all channels, with a strong focus on O-HI vertical.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to optimize pricing and sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance insights to senior management.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Jaipur and surrounding regions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5–8+ years of experience in sales/revenue management, preferably in O-HI or related industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate :
Strong local market knowledge of Jaipur / Delhi.
