Role:
We are looking for 3–4 Business Development Managers with mandatory experience in Investment Casting sales. The role involves generating new business, developing customer relationships, managing enquiries, and converting them into orders across engineering and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers in target industries.

• Generate enquiries/RFQs through customer visits and networking.

• Manage OEM, Tier-1, and engineering customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and technical discussions.

• Achieve sales targets and maintain enquiry pipeline and visit reports.

• Gather market intelligence and represent the company at customer meetings and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Business Development/Sales experience.

• Mandatory: Investment Casting industry experience.

• BE/Diploma in Mechanical or MBA (Marketing) preferred.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.

• Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.

• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Preferred Industry Exposure: Automotive, Pumps & Valves, Oil & Gas, General Engineering, Industrial Equipment, Defence/Aerospace.
