Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and business targets
Oversee day-to-day sales operations and budgeting
Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising strategies
Manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate contracts
Plan and optimize sales processes to ensure cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management tools
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively
