We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven BDE/Manager who can generate leads, close deals, and help us grow our client base across industries.
🌟 What You’ll Do
Generate and convert leads for software development (web, mobile, desktop, products).
Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and partnerships.
Own the full sales cycle — from pitching and proposals to closing deals.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure their success.
Collaborate with leadership to define strategies and achieve revenue targets.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Marketing/IT background preferred).
3+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT/software industry (software sales is a must).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel for client meetings (own vehicle preferred).
💰 Compensation & Perks
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience).
